Our Positions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

​

  • Upper-division students or graduates with degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, or related fields 

  • Prior experience in ABA or experience with children in other contexts

  • Apply behavior analysis principles using positive, proactive approaches in home and community-based settings

  • Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors

  • Provide compassionate, assent-based care while maintaining client dignity and autonomy

  • Collect data, and maintain timely documentation of provided services

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age, High school diploma or GED

  • Registered Behavior Technician credential or willingness to obtain 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Willingness to travel within the greater Austin area

  • Background check clearance

  • Availability for afternoon/evening hours (3:00–6:30 pm)

  • Minimum 1 year commitment

ASPIRE seeks two Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Austin, Texas 

​

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs);

  • Conduct on-the-job training, monitor client progress, and modify treatment protocols as needed;

  • Deliver caregiver training to parents and caregivers, ensuring consistency and generalization of behavior plans across environments;

  • Collect and analyze data, completing required documentation, and maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct;

  • Conduct client assessments, develop and implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and introduce new skills based on client needs;

  • Direct ABA therapy, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness to promote meaningful and measurable outcomes for clients;

  • This Position will supervise 29-2053.00: Psychiatric Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Candidates must pass a standardized BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) examination administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

  • Daily travel between clients throughout the greater Austin area (Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Austin, Westlake, Dripping Springs, Bastrop) to provide community, school, and home-based services.
