Our Positions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Upper-division students or graduates with degrees in Behavior Analysis, Education, or related fields
-
Prior experience in ABA or experience with children in other contexts

Apply behavior analysis principles using positive, proactive approaches in home and community-based settings
-
Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors
-
Provide compassionate, assent-based care while maintaining client dignity and autonomy

Collect data, and maintain timely documentation of provided services
Requirements:
-
18 years of age, High school diploma or GED
-
Registered Behavior Technician credential or willingness to obtain
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Willingness to travel within the greater Austin area
-
Background check clearance
-
Availability for afternoon/evening hours (3:00–6:30 pm)
-
Minimum 1 year commitment
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Scope of Work:
-
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
-
Provide caregiver training and family guidance
-
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity
-
Monitor client progress, conduct assessments, and adjust protocols as necessary
-
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals
-
Maintain documentation of provided services and accurate client records
Requirements:

BCBA or BCBA-D certification
-
Background check clearance

Willingness to work afternoons/evenings (3:00–6:30 pm)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Employees enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework pursuing BCBA certification may apply to our BCBA Training Academy, which offers:
